Refund Policy
1. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons, any perfume that has been opened or whose bottle has been used—even slightly—cannot be returned or refunded.
Once a perfume has been handled, it becomes impossible to guarantee:
its purity, its stability, its olfactory quality, and its microbiological integrity.
These criteria are essential to our artisanal work and the protection of our customers.
We therefore maintain a strict policy: any opened product is definitively non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Unopened Products
Unopened perfumes may be returned or refunded within 14 days of receipt, as a standard business policy, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for acceptance:
Product intact, unopened, unused;
Original packaging;
Proof of purchase.
After verification, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

These samples allow you to explore the olfactory world of the house before selecting the perfume that will accompany you every day.
4. Damaged Product or Order Error
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package and the product. We will then proceed, depending on the situation:
with a replacement, or a full refund.
