Order Processing
Processing your order can take up to 7 business days, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Atypique Parfum is an independent, handcrafted perfume house; we thank you for your understanding.
Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We are unable to ship orders the same day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Typical Delivery Times
Shipping within Canada: 6 to 10 business days
Free shipping: Available across Canada
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address and billing information provided are accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
Any incorrect or incomplete address may result in a processing delay of 1 to 2 additional business days.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. The delivery driver is solely responsible for deciding whether the package can be left outside or held at a service point for later delivery.
We recommend providing an address where you or someone else will be available to receive the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an initial confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
A second email will be sent to you upon shipment, including your tracking number.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated immediately, but this will not affect the delivery of your order.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
Notice Regarding Incorrect Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly when placing the order.
We process orders quickly; therefore, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee it.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may, depending on the circumstances:
reship the package to the correct address (additional charges may apply),
or issue a refund for the product, excluding shipping costs.
Returns and Return Shipping Costs
In accordance with our refund policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Package Delivered but Not Received
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation.
If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided during checkout but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages, we recommend choosing a secure or business delivery address.
